CPL and Management have been in negotiations regarding the stab vest. There are several issues that grievances will have to be filed on. If you have not recieved a vest, and would like one, they are available at our institution. Please ensure you read....the whatever it is they have. I dont want to call it a policy because that has not been negotiated.
